Presentation of activities in 2013 and three club management plans for 2014

Hanglas (www.hanglas.co.kr, President Lee Yong-seong), a leader in the domestic glass industry, was held at the Hanwha Resort in Gyeongju in 2014, with the participation of about 70 people from Hanglass officials and Duolight member companies. The workshop was successfully held.

At the event that followed, Hanglas discussed various development plans for strengthening network competitiveness and co-prosperity with member companies, including reviewing the overall club operation in 2013 and various member company support activities, and sharing club operation strategies for 2014.

At the same time, Hanglas introduced the best cases of soft-roy processing conversion and revealed future support plans. Presentations from member companies on soft coating glass production management through WCM technique and automatic cutting machine renovation continued, and the results of competitor product analysis were also shared. We also had time to take a closer look at the duolite trademark infringement cases that have become more frequent recently and to share future countermeasures.

Leading win-win growth by linking domestic processed glass producer networks

In 2014, Hanglas presented three club management plans: strengthening management, strengthening competitiveness, and improving productivity. In addition, it selected and announced companies capable of processing up to Coollite Extreme by newly adding Grade 1 Plus to the reinforcement grade score, which was composed of four stages. In addition, through discussion and presentation of member companies, excellent cases of member companies were shared and discussion was held.
